	2004 Chateau Bastor Lamontagne 2eme Cru Classe Sauternes Description: This wine is 80% Sémillon, 17% Sauvignon Blanc and 3% Muscadelle. fermented in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels and is then matured in small oak barriques for 15 months. Deep golden yellow colour with a light amber tinge. White fruit, pineapple aromas with added spice of vanilla and white pepper. Impressive powerful palate with dense fruit flavours of plum jam, with good balance from the acidity that cuts through the concentration and a long, fresh harmonious finish.
